Default value on checkbox

Have you tried adding the label to the default value?

yeah i tried that. label and default value have the same name ‘Opt-in’, but still not selected as default

the fields are:
title: Opt-in
label: Opt-in
default value: Opt-in
max number of selections : 1
edit choices : some choice
