Default view is the only view I get with WordPress 4.7.5-NL

    I am quite inexperienced with building websites and WordPress (and browsing through the forum). I have tried to find the answer to my problem, but have not succeeded to do so. So here is my question:

    I want to show upcoming birthdays in my website. I use WordPress 4.7.5-NL. The code I have for this on the page is:

    [birthdays class=”” img_width=”200” template=”upcoming”]

    But all I see is a default list of the person’s that celebrate their birthday today.

    In the widget options I have set the number of days to 30.

    Can anyone tell me what I am missing out here?
