    Hi, Is there a way to set the default volume? We have it auto-muted, so that means when some clicks the mute button to unmute, nothing happens.

    Or is there another way to truly UNMUTE a muted video? Thanks

    At this time, there is currently no solution. We have taken note of this matter with great emphasis and will address it in the upcoming release version.
