Default WooCommerce emails not translating

    Hi, I’ve looked on the forums and can’t find a similar resolved topic so I’ve opened a new one…

    I love your plugin but for some reason the default WooCommerce emails are not being translated (to Spanish).

    I have setup AST to:
    – Rename “Completed” to “Shipped”
    – Send tracking info on “Shipped” email only
    – Don’t have any customized emails yet
    – Tracking display layout: Table Layout
    – Tracking display position: After Order Details
    – Tracking Header Text: as default

    – I have WordPress version 5.4.2, WooCommerce version 4.3.1, AST for WooCommerce version 3.0.6
    – My admin language is English
    – My website can be seen on both English and Spanish (have both Polylang and Polylang for WooCommerce installed)
    – Depending on where the customer is located, the orders come in either in English or Spanish, so the corresponding emails are sent in whichever language the customer chooses.
    – When emails are sent in Spanish, the default “Shipped” email is sent in Spanish but the AST “Tracking Information”, table headings and date are shown in English.

    What do I need to do to make the AST table in emails be shown in Spanish?

    The AST tracking information is translating correctly under “My Account”, but it’s the email tracking table info (headings, etc.) which is not translating when the email is sent in Spanish.

    Hi, the AST plugin just adds the tracking info to WooCommerce emails and AST does not send these emails, you need to check this with your Polylang plugin developers to check why the WC emails are not translating.
