Default WooCommerce “Low Stock” & “Out-of-stock” emails ?

    When we open the Decorator, we see the types of email notification (along with the possibility to select an order as example) but in this list I don’t see the default WooCommerce “Low Stock” and “Out-of-stock” email notifications. How can we customize them with your decorator ?

    The Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer currently supports the customization of the default email types provided by WooCommerce and WordPress. It appears that the ‘Low Stock’ and ‘Out-of-stock’ email notifications you wish to customize are not part of the default WooCommerce emails but rather provided by a third-party plugin.

    We have assessed the feasibility of adding the provision to customize these emails. To achieve this, compatibility should be ensured, which would require incorporating changes into our plugin. Unfortunately, an immediate solution is not feasible as it requires some time, but we acknowledge your request and will consider adding this functionality in an upcoming release of the plugin.

    Hello,

    Low stock / out of stock email notifications are available by default in WoOcommerce BUT they are not listed in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

    To test those emails, you have to :

    1. create a product, in which you enable “manage quantity” under inventory and you set the stock quantity to 2, for instance.
    2. go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory, and you assign for instance Low Stock to 1 and Out of Stock to 0.
    3. create a dummy order with this product, then check your emails.

    We acknowledge that the low stock/out-of-stock email notifications are indeed part of WooCommerce emails but are not directly listed under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

    Unfortunately, our current version of the Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin does not support the customization of these specific email notifications. Implementing this feature will require substantial development work and thorough testing to ensure compatibility with these emails.

    While we cannot provide an immediate solution, we appreciate your input and will consider adding this functionality in future releases of our plugin.
