Default Zoom greater than 17?

So there is no way to do this?

And since this is a java version of the api … no luck!

If the developers are monitoring this thread, I (and I’m sure others) would really appreciate the ability to zoom out further than 17. Sometimes I need zoom levels beyond 17 to show major road systems, especially in remote areas.

Come on developers. Let’s add a few more zoom levels. Pretty please.
