Defer loading the social icons?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to defer loading the social buttons?

    I try to use GTMetrix to test the speed of my blog.

    Before using social plugin, the loading time is only 1s with 14 requests.

    However, after using social plugin, the loading time is 4s with 90 requests. So it seems the social buttons put a lot of overhead on the page.

    We are loading the JS files as per the instructions of respective social platforms and making changes to how they load can make them not show the icons in some cases.
