Defer the script?

  • Is there a way to add the defer property to the script call? I’ve got all my scripts set to defer so that they load asynchronously, but this plugin requires jQuery, and because you’re not enqueue the script with wp_enqueue_script, it’s loading before the (deferred) jQuery.

    Really would like a solution for this. If you could just add an action to hook in to so that I can filter the HTML output that’d be fine.

    An option to defer the JavaScript has been added for the next version.
