I don’t see a clear fix for Defer Unused CSS. But this is something that should be raised on a more general AMP forum under https://www.ampproject.org/support/developer/get_support

The stylesheet for YouTube seems to be the biggest offender, and that’s not something we have control over in the plugin.

But there are three issues that should be focused on first:

1. Defer offscreen images
2. Properly size images
3. Serve images in next-gen formats

For the first I’m confused since AMP lazy-loads the images. That’s something else to bring up with on an AMP forum.

The properly-sized images and modern formats could be fixed with using Jetpack’s Photon’s module for example.
