Defered jQuery caused plugin to stop

Hi,
To get better pagespeed score, I moved my jquery to the end of body section. After a while I realised that the plugin stoped working, so I started to look for a workaround, checked the plugin settings and saw this:

If you don’t have a jquery lib in your theme then you can enable plugin jquery.

However it did not have any affect. What could be the best possible solution?
