Define a specific delivery according to time and geographical areas (multiple)

Good evening!
Small question of the evening, I’m looking for a plugin or a way to do on WooCommerce to set, depending on the time of the order, a delivery date.
The problem is that I have to set it for different geo zones

Example delivery outside the canton of Geneva:

– Example : I want to order on the 15th at 10am, outside the canton of Geneva, I could select a delivery from the 16th, 17th, 18th etc..
– Example : I want to order on the 15th at 4pm, outside the canton of Geneva, I could select a delivery from the 17th, 18th, 19th etc..

Example delivery on the canton of Geneva:

– Example : I want to order on the 15th at 10am, for the canton of Geneva, I could select a delivery from the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th etc..
– Example : I want to order on the 15th at 4pm, for the canton of Geneva, I could select a delivery from the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th etc.

I tested several plugins but I don’t have the impression that they allow to set on 2 different zones (on one it’s ok)

Has anyone already implemented this?

Possible via a plugin or custom dev?
