Define what data to send to webhook

Hi,
I’m putting together an automation where the trigger is ‘Guest purchases product’ and the action is ‘Send data to webhook’ for pickup and processing by another site.

1/ Is there a way to include the (Inventory) article number? This gives me greater flexibility than the productID.

2/ How do I include the amount, ie how many of a certain product the guest has purchased? I’m probably overlooking something – surely this is the second most basic piece of information to convey – but I can’t find anything that looks like it says ‘x times product A’?
