    You could possibly contact your theme developer to point out where in header.php (or something) you can locate and delete ‘maximum-scale=1’ …as described on a thread i found here https://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-mobile-zoom-image/
    I guess for every theme it is a little bit different.

    Yet, I was grateful to find out that this plugin existed..!
