Defunct plugin, no premium support

Developers won’t provide support on the official WordPress forum, they direct you to their own website.

I can’t post a question on the support forum as confirmation emails are not delivered.

There is no reply to support tickets raised on the site, or responses to email sent to the provided support email address.

I would avoid integrating this plugin into your site until the authors start being more responsive to paying customers. Once you outgrow it, you’ll have a load of work to reimport your media back to your WordPress uploads directory.
