    I’m getting this message:

Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

I can’t think why, we don’t have a high bounce rate. What can I do to fix this?

Sending has been resumed. It seems that the email address of a wordpress user contained a typo and had been marked as bounced by Mailpoet. Strange, I didn’t realise Mailpoet looked at wordpress users, this user was not a Mailpoet subscriber.

Do you have any thoughts on what happened?

    Hi there @dv1961,

Thanks for getting back to us!

So MailPoet can send don’t just newsletters, but your site’s emails too.

You can check your sending method for the site’s emails in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab > Send all site’s emails with… setting.

It seems that your site might have sent emails to this misspelled email address and that’s why it affected your deliverability.

Let us know if you need further help!
