  • The reason for the delay is “selfmade”. You are using a huuuuuuge number of fonts that must be loaded from Google. (Each external request slows down the speed and blocks page rendering.) There are up to 90 percent of fonts you don’t need. Remove all fonts that are not needed and the issue becomes less, but there is much more that should be optimized. e.a. smaller images, webp instead of jpeg’s

    Thank you serpentdriver,
What is the best practice to remove google fonts?
I was try with google “Desable and remover google fonts” plugin but after that pages war still slow.
Speed test was found 2 font url so I was insert the preload code in the header section.
    https://primelocationspain.com/wp-admin/theme-editor.php?file=header.php&theme=wpresidence
After that preload Key Requests problem was desapeared from speed test reports but problem still persist.
I create test page without any content…just footer and menu…but it’s also loading very slow.

Testing that page on gtmetrix, google page speed and pingdom resoults are very good…but for some reason, in “real world” it’s loading wery slow ??
What else could be the problem?
    Thank you!

This depends on the theme you use, but the solution is not a 2nd plugin that removes fonts. It must be solved in the theme you use. Anything else costs load. The test page still contains too much fonts…

If your blog is still slow if a page isn’t cached, this is direct sign that your server is not strong enough to handle the data. My advice for everyone, never use a shared hosting, if you have more need than the original unchanged WP installation. A VPS is recommended.

Here is a video where you can see how long take to open a property page
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eNpCiJP0yQ
And if I check web page speed of this same property on gtmetrix, the result is perfect…2.0 sec full load.
