Delay before display popup

Hello,

Thanks for the nice free plugin. Many of us can’t afford a premium plugin and that’s why we love wordpress free plugins.

It would be really amazing if you could add an option to delay the display of Hashbar. For example, 10 or 20 seconds. This work much better as it would attract attention at a better time. On page load, people usually just want to see the page content first.
