Delay/cooldown between translation

    How could we incorporate a delay/cooldown between translations (either in each sentence or in each post) to try to avoid the blocking/banning of google translate / Bing.
    I have tried using a proxy in the outgoing connections of my website but in the end the same thing happens, they are quickly blocked/banned
