• Hey,

our client expressed, that he added a new inventory, but the emails/notification have gone out days (5-7days) after he edited the inventory.
Any idea on what that could interfere with this?
Is there a certain delay that is set?
This does not just affect one of his customers that subscribed, it seems to be a random thing, if the email goes out and when.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

In general, we did not impose time constraints on email delivery. Instead, we have checked stock status before sending an email. We suggest you troubleshoot the issue by following these steps:

    1. Check your status page to ensure that all settings, particularly the cron status, are correctly configured.?(Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status).

    2. On our settings page, we have a background process engine selection option: Ensure that the WooCommerce Background Process option is selected.(Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Settings-> Backend Process Engine-> WooCommerce Background Process)

    3. Are you using any third-party inventories?

4.If so, enable the option: Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Section -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin)

    Let us know.

    Thanks.
