    Hello Sygnoos Support!

    I have two pop-ups enabled for the homepage of my website.
    I’d like one to pop up immediately and the other to have a 15 second delay. When trying to set the delay on one, it doesn’t register the 15 seconds, and instead, loads immediately.

    We checked your website URL and could see only one popup data there, without any delay.

    I’m having the same issue except I only have one popup. No matter what delay amount I enter, it instantly pops up when you visit my page. I originally had it set to 10 secs and now 120 secs. Still comes right up. I’ve cleared my browser cache as suggested in the main forum, still not working.

    Dear @jdomke1,

    Please, make sure there are no additional lines of the same Popup Opening Event.
    We suppose you have added an extra line of the On load event for your popup, without any delay, that’s why this second option is taking place.
    Please, check and remove that extra line if we are right.
