Delay on E-mail Orders and Cant Copy Informations from App

    So i have two problems here!

    first one: i dont know why but the ‘new orders’ e-mails from my clientes most of them dont come or they send me after 1 or more, what can cause this issue? all smtp and other configurations are ok, i dont know, some of day he send the new order clientes and some of other days not…. its really frustrating.. cause some of my clientes order and i didnt receive anything.. its like 50% / 50%

    second one – i have a field in checkout thats user pur a ‘username’ or mnore informations.. like links and etc.. but by my mobile app i cant Copy this links so its another frustrating thing, cause i need to enter in my mobile brownser log-in in wordpres admnin and copy from there… cause, if they dont send the email for me, i cant copy on mobile app for do some orders…

    i dont know if u guys can Solve or help me with this issue..

  • Hi @goinstasell,

    For the first issue : I will assume that the WC is sending emails properly each time but your Mail configuration issue is delaying them. It’s better if you recheck them with your hosting provider. I will suggest to install this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-log/ to check what emails are sent from your WordPress setup then you can debug which are going and which are not.

    For the second issue : I am not clear about the mobile app you are talking about. It’s better if you can share the site or some screenshots.
