Delay while loading

    Hello

    There is a delay of 5+ secs for the chatbot to appear after the page loads…
    How can we show/appear immediate or reduce the delay time to 2-3 secs…

    Note: We have not added any delay actions in the chatbot settings

    Hi there,

    Tidio loads after all the other content of your website, it has to be done this way in order to not delay all the other parts of the page. That’s why the chat appears as the last part of it.

    The only way to reduce the time of loading would be to remove other parts of your website.
