Delayed email

  • Hello,

    I have three websites with the same content but in differente languages. I startaed with just one “callandride.es” with three different languages but later I changed it into three different domains, the other two are “callandridemallorca.com” and “callandride.de”. I used Duplicator to duplcate my first domain and the three of them are on the same hosting.

    I use contact form 7 on the three pages. On the “.com” and “.es” it works perfectly well. I filled out the contact form, press on the send button and I get the email 10 seconds later. But when I do it with the “.de” domain, it takes 5 minutes before I get the email.

    Do anyone knows why could it happen and how could I fix it?

  • Delays can be due to your emails being marked as possible spam.

    ?It’s a good idea to set up an SPF record for any email address you use in the From: field in CF7 that is not a valid email address on the domain where you setup your CF7 form. This helps other email servers to see that email address as a legit email address on that domain.
