    Hi there,

Just started using Contact Form 7 because of the option to have a subject field (love it! No more unknown emails!). However, I’m having some pretty serious issues.

I’ve been testing it out in several different ways and forms and I’m in no way confident in using it as a contact form on my website. I’ve sent myself maybe 7 submissions through the contact form. And so far (1 day later) I’ve only received 1!

Is there something I’m missing? I’ve even tried taking away the CAPTCHA just in case that was causing any issues.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Update:

When I tried using my gmail email address in the contact form it works. However when I use my yahoo email address in the contact form, it never gets sent.

The receiving email is a domain email ([email protected]), but being routed through google apps (gmail).

There is an issue with Yahoo emails in general. I’ve written an article at https://buzztone.com.au/yahoo-dmarc-issue/ to hopefully help others deal with this Yahoo DMARC issue.

You should also consider using a submission storage plugin like Contact Form DB to save all your CF7 form submits to the WP database. These are often used by experienced WP users – they provide a robust record of all form submissions even when things go a little wrong.

Thank you so much! Follow those steps and it fixed the issue!

    Thanks again!
