delet or desable the word categories!!

Hi,
i use this code to show all the cats under the child cat N°3:
<?php wp_list_categories(‘child_of=3’); ?>
so how can this code display the cats without the to show the word Categories like in the below example?

“Categories : child-cat 01 – child-cat 02 – child-cat 03″
