Delete a customer

    I am trying to delete a customer after testing a couple of orders on editing the Customer and selecting Delete from the top right, I get a message:

    Cannot delete record because dependent checkouts exist

    Is there no way to delete that customer?

    Hello George,

    Sorry for any delay.
    Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’ve conducted test orders/payments, you can delete all the associated test customers and orders by referring to our guide: Clear Test Data.

    As of now, in the SureCart system, it’s not possible to delete a real customer’s record if they’ve made a purchase. However, the team is already working on addressing this, so this will be possible soon.
