delete a specific phrase on every page and post

I used Windows Live Writer to repair many of my site posts after having a problem with most of my images. (it was a common problem a few months back)
When I repaired all the posts I had a Live Writer plugin active that inserted the following lines at the bottom of all my pages.

This is my fault. I didn’t check Live Writers settings as good as I should have and this is not a default feature. I messed up.

Anyway, now I have that verbiage at the bottom of all the repaired pages. is there a sitewide search I can use to delete it.?
