    Hi,

we have updated your plugin in our test site, but when I try to delete all the orders to then upload via CSV an updated status of them I don’t find a button or option to do so, unlike the 2.11.21 version, which we are using in our main site.

Is not possible to do this on the new plugin version? Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Hi Castor,

Yes, it’s definitely possible to bulk delete orders. You just now need to select them all and use the Bulk Actions menu to delete them. There is no one button to delete them all. This is a permanent action, and having to select them requires a more intentional act, leaving less of a possibility for people to accidentally delete all their orders.

    Hello Jay,

thanks for your quickly response. The situation here is that we are dealing with about 2,000 active orders (big & small) so at a rate of 30 orders per page we would have to click delete to about 65 pages, making it really inefficient.

I think the way you prevented the deletion by mistake was great; a red button and a confirmation at the end of the page to verify that’s what you want to do. At least to us that’s one of the reasons we decided to get the premium verion.

I hope you could reconsider this decision, as of now it’s best for us to not update the plugin. Best regards.

Thanks for your input. I can definitely understand why, in a case like yours, it would be helpful. I’ll pass along the request and maybe it’s something we can add back in, in an update.

In the meantime, the only other way to delete the orders would be directly from your database. They’re all stored in the wp_EWD_OTP_Orders table.
