Delete all posts of the Uncategorized category

Hi,

My request is simple, I search a simple way to delete all posts of the “Uncategorized” category (more then 15.000 posts so not possible from the admin panel), so I think the best solution is an SQL command, but I don’t know how to do it cleanly.
