Delete already deleted Azure Blob Storage file.

    I deleted all my files in the Azure Storage container with an external tool.

    But when I try to delete them in the WordPress admin, I get the error:

    MS AZURE: Fail: Code: 404 Value: The specified blob does not exist. details (if any): ?BlobNotFoundThe specified blob does not exist. RequestId:0c7c6e9a-0001-000a-198d-dd1c56000000 Time:2014-09-09T08:13:25.7743912Z.

    Which makes sense, but maybe it should ignore the 404, and just delete the entry still.
