    The problems listed below are reoccurring as someone keeps adding fields for payment on the billing page. Is it possible to delete Woo and reinstall a ‘clean’ version without losing the customer database?

    Critical Problems:

    * File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-content/themes/Divi-child/functions.php

    * File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/form-billing.php

    Medium Severity Problems:

    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/form-billing.php

  • Hi @jude306

    You can go for it. Uninstalling WooCommerce does not affect the database.

    You may want to delete the WooCommerce folder under the wp-content/plugins directory and upload a fresh copy via FTP.

    Important: We always recommend making a full backup of your site before implementing major changes. That’ll enable you easily restore your site to the previous/functional state in case something goes wrong. For backups you can use

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
