I just ran a “Check Users for Spam” with CleanTalk. It shows 15 bad users without an ISP but I cannot find any method for viewing or deleting the users.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, @sanchell2.

    Thank you for your request.

Please, look at this screenshot to see how to delete spam users:

Just in case, here is the manual of how to use user/comment checking feature:

Write back if you have questions.

Thank you for the screen shot. But that’s not what I see on my site, please see screenshot taken right after a user spam check. Notice it says there is 1 bad user but the user is not listed below.

Yesterday, I ran the program and it said “15 bad users.” None of them were listed. So I went through my 1K + user list one-by-one and identified 14 of them – time consuming and frustrating. I still cannot find the last one you see on this screen shot.

BACK STORY: When I first ran CleanTalk the list of bad users did appear, just as in your screen shot. But beginning yesterday they have not appeared. I’ve done nothing new to the program.

NOTE: I just realized there is no way to add a screenshot to this response. The screen shot looks identical to the one you sent except the bad users are not shown below.
