    I installed cleantalk and firewall.

I was wondering if I am supposed to do something now? Do I have to manually find and delete bad users every day? I ran a check and found that most of my new users are “bad users” but I don’t see a way to delete them or see a list of which ones are “bad users.”

Why do you have two types of users? Spam users and bad users. What are we supposed to do with the bad users?

I received this result when I ran a check:
    Total count of users: 305.
Last check Feb 21 2021: checked 16 users, found 0 spam users and 11 bad users (without IP or email).

    Hello.
The ‘bad’ users are users without email or IP. This means that the plugin cannot tell if they are spammers or not, without information about important parameters such as email address and IP. The plugin only warns you about them.
    Did this info help?

No, this doesn’t really help. The “bad users” have email addresses.
Not only that, there is no way to tell which are “bad users.”
They are not flagged or put in a separate folder.

    Hello @terefoster777 ,

It’s possible put “The bad users” to separate list.
We’ll discuss it with the team and get back to you on tuesday.
