I have put through a lot of bookings for both testing and training.

Is there a way to delete all of them rather than just change the status to removed as they still appear in the list like this.

I notice there is a button to reset the database tables, I do not want to delete the services or anything else just all the bookings.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Phill,

“Removed” status of bookings is similar to “trash” status of WordPress posts. For live websites, directly deleting them is intentionally restricted.

For development websites, you can use Test Bookings free addon. After you finished testing, you can delete all test bookings with a single click of “Permanently Delete ALL Test Bookings” button in Bookings > Test Bookings:

As a related option, Advanced Features premium addon has a setting which automatically deletes expired bookings directly, without sending them to removed state or after a set delay, e.g. 24 hours:

    Cheers,
    Hakan

You may already know, but for completeness I want to note that, after you change status of the bookings to removed, you can delete them using “Permanently Delete Selected Bookings” button in Removed tab of Bookings page.
