Delete cache

I’ve noticed that since upgrading to the latest iteration of Super Cache, my site seems fail to delete its cache. So when I post new articles, they don’t actually show up on the homepage (www.popsirens.com).
When I hit the ‘delete cache’ button in the admin top navigation, nothing happens. Only if I go into the plugin and delete all cache, will the homepage reload with the latest posts.
Has anyone else noticed this?
