Not everything experiences will be fine, but it don’t need to be the “finish of the road”.

PlusCaptcha, I don’t think doing a support for the purpose of promoting your own plugin is good thing on this forum.

If you’re helping out, do your best to fully assist the person having the issues, and do not use your support as an excuse to promote your own site/themes/plugins. That behavior is frowned upon.

@pluscaptcha – as noted above, it’s totally not okay to promote your plugin this way.
