    Dear support

how can we delete form entries from CFF in in the database? Also is there a way, better use for GDPR, to avoid entries in the database? So a form is send via mail but do not create a entry with personal data in the database?

Thanks a lot for your help Marc

  • Plugin Author codepeople

    Hello @lmobile

The plugin allows using different payment gateways, and some of them (like PayPal Standard, a configuration of stripe, and Authorize.Net, etc.) notify the payments asynchronously. Furthermore, the plugin includes multiple add-ons like WebHooks, PDF Generator, MailChimp, and others, that you can configure to execute only after the user complete the payment. That makes us store the data in the database to be used by the add-ons or notification emails once the payment gateways notify the payments.

An alternative would be delete the entry from the messages section (https://cff.dwbooster.com/documentation#check-submissions), or installing the “Submissions Removal for Calculated Fields Form” plugin (https://cff-bundles.dwbooster.com/product/submissions-removal) to purge the database entries automatically.

    Best regards.
