Delete Container/Block at above footer

Hi, I desperately need some help! I am currently using the Astra theme with the Grace Bryant starter template. However, at the bottom of each page of the website above the footer there is a block/container (not sure what it’s called) that I cannot remove. It says….”Get all of the latest news sent to your inbox” How can I get rid of it?

Can anyone give me any suggestions?
