• Hello there,

I am having issues with the fields import type when importing a csv list on Mailpoet from WordPress: i have created several fields and assigned them a type (alphanumerical, date, etc) which didn’t exactly correspond to the fields on my form; for this reason, not all my contacts get imported and I can tell you it took me some time to understand this was the reason!

i am now trying to find the way to delete such fields and add proper ones, but i’ve been quite unsuccessful at this…All it does is that it adds the new field without updating it; i need to find the way to delete them and start over! It would be much simpler.

I am using Mailpoet integration from WordPress which is possibly the reason why I don’t have access to this function, but I haven’t got a clue how I could login externally on Mailpoet (it tells me my email address which I use to login on the website isn’t recognised).

    Could you please adivce?

    Many thanks

Hi there, thanks for reaching out!

I understand you are looking to remove custom fields previously created through an import, right? If so, you can find detailed instructions here.

You should only need to log into your MailPoet account to manage things like billing, plans keys, etc. If you are using the free version of the MailPoet plugin, you should still be able to create/delete custom fields. So that shouldn’t be the issue here. ??

    I hope this helps!
