The theme you are using is using a custom implementation of GiveWP and it’s possible it’s setting some default goal values.

Thanks for responding, but your solutions was a bit too complicated me. I used the Give Tools Date to delete All DATA, the recreated all forms again. This worked to delete all income that was showing by default. Now I’m trying to figure out how to change the TEXT that reads about OUR GOALS.

OUR GOAL?
“Below is the progress of our charity campaign to support local projects related to ecology and human rights.” How do I change this text?

“Our goal” seems to be the widget title. Go to Appearance -> Widgets, locate the widget in one of the widget areas, and edit the title.
