Delete Item button (red X) not displaying on cart in Mobile browsers.

My WooCommerce cart is working perfectly when accessed by desktop machines or tablets; the ‘Delete Item’ button (red X) is visible to the left of each product thumbnail, and successfully deletes the correct item when clicked.

However, the ‘Delete Item’ button is not visible to the left of the product thumbnail in any of the mobile browsers I have tried (Chrome for Android, Firefox for Android, I-Phone 6) and therefore cart items cannot be deleted by customers.

I have tried deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce itself, and also clearing the cookies in the mobile browsers, yet the problem persists.

I am not sure how long this problem has existed, as I was notified of it by a customer today. Any suggestions?

I am running WooCommerce 2.6.12 with WordPress 4.7.1 using WooCommerce’s own Mystile theme 1.3.17. All are the most recent versions. The site is running in a PHP 7 environment and all plugins have been tested with PHP Compatibility Checker.
