Delete items not in feed

Is it possible to setup the plugin so that it actually uses exactly the same items it finds from the feed?

For example my feed used to have 10 items so the plugin imported 10 items.
Now the feed has been updated and it only has 3 items. I need these 3 items to be visible on my site and the old ones to be deleted.

So basically whenever the feed is fetched, it would match the items on my site.
