If you want to start afresh, the easiest way to do this is to:

1) Enable the setting Remove Data on Uninstall in the plugin settings.
2) Disable an uninstall the plugin.
3) Install it again.

The other way to do it is to set the retention settings to 1 event, and run the retention process manually. You can read more about this in the WordPress Activity Log retention settings FAQ.
