Delete Media Library Images by Post Type?

  • Hi all,

    I’m running a site on WordPress where posts are frequent and have a very short lifespan (daily curated finds). We also have another (custom) post type that needs to last.

    In order to keep the bowels of the media library clean and fresh, I want to be able to delete the finds and their associated images from the media library in bulk, frequently, all while keeping the images associated with features in tact.

    Any clue how I could do this? I’m drawing blanks.
