The email log page shows over 12,000 failed messages in over 500 pages (probably spam addresses). When I use the bulk select option to select all and delete, it deletes only the 25 messages visible on the screen. I can’t spend two months deleting messages, so is there a way to delete all 12,000 at once?

    Hi @tunghoy,

Thank you for reaching out! I understand the challenge of managing such a large number of email logs.

Within the WP Mail Logging -> Email Log page, you can click on “Screen Options” in the top right-hand corner of the page (see: screenshot). You can set the maximum number of entries to 999 per page, allowing you to delete more messages at once.

If you want to clear all email logs at once, go to the WP Mail Logging -> Settings page and enable the “Cleanup” option (see). Save your changes, then deactivate the WP Mail Logging plugin. Please note that this will clear all of your logs, and you can reactivate the plugin afterward.

Additionally, If you’re experiencing spam activity on your site, I recommend implementing a captcha system on all your web forms, including user registration and contact forms. This can significantly reduce spam entries. In case it helps, please review this guide and implement a captcha system accordingly.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

Deactivating and re-activating did the trick. Thanks!
