Delete old versions of plugin

  • Great plugin, Chris – thanks for making the effort, I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and it’s much appreciated!

    A quick query if I may – when I upload a new ZIP file to upgrade a particular plugin, the new file has a slightly different name (to indicate the version number). Everything works fine, but I’ve noticed the previous ZIP file is left in the Uploads directory. Over time there are lots of these old files, and the Uploads folder is growing larger.
    Can I simply delete these old files using FTP? Will it break anything?

  • Yes you can do such but be aware that this plugin is useless
    After version 5.5 of WordPress, this functionality became core.
    Try to install such plugin without this one
