Delete page in title bar not on "all pages"

How do I delete a page in menu under header image when this page does not appear in “all pages”? In this case the page shows my daily postings along with the intended page (both pages do this). I only want the intended page (entitled i-fellowship) to show postings and not “home” page to do this. Somehow it appeared and I can not figure out how to delete it when “home” does not appear in the list of all pages in my dashboard.
