    Hi,
All the pdf generated are stored in media file. I do not need that once it is sent by email. How can it be deleted automatically once the email is sent?

    Thank you!

    Hi @tiwit

Still we have not added that because some users need to share that link to another user. So if we delete attachment then link will be not working.

Yes, but shortly we will provide that option in admin side, so who wants the delete then set that options from admin side.

    Thanks,

    Hello,
I would love to have such option to delete PDF attachment after wpcf7 mails are sent. I have a site where form is sending personal data (GDPR!) and having those pdf files in uploads folder which anyone can access is a pain.
Could you provide us some snippet to delete sent pdfs?

    Hi @elkurczako

    Thanks for your patience.
We have add that option in admin for delete PDF from media library after sent mail successfully.

    Thanks,

Sorry, but I can’t find this feature. Where is it?

    Hi @cutu234

If you check this screenshot then an option is already there – https://prnt.sc/1y91ktt
But the option will show only when you select “Enable PDF Link with Form Success Message?” to NO only.

It’s because if you set Delete PDF then it has not to make sense to add a link with a success message and it’s not working because PDF was already deleted after mail was sent.

    Thanks,
    ZealousWeb

Ah, thank you very. This totally makes sense. My mistake! Great support!
