Delete Permanently

would it be possible to add a select on/off checkbox for the “delete permanently” option on the products page?

i’m currently removing it via admin css… but it’d be much easier/streamlined if i could simply turn it off/on.

i’m having a few clients (granted, their older folks for the most part) clicking on that accidentally. it’s a nice feature when needed, but it’s not really needed 90% of the time.

actually, the only feature that i really use 100% of the time is the customers’ orders within their user page. other than that, the other features are really only used sporadically.
