Delete Permanently and restore Issue

I’m getting an error when I try to delete/restore a post. When I go into the trash can and Delete Permanently it simply redirects to our sitemap and does not redirect properly. This also happens with the Media Library Delete Permanently. I also tried to restore a post and I got redirected.

When I go back into the admin section, I do see that the post was indeed restored or permanently deleted so it seems the error is with redirecting. Our main website redirects to a site map when there is a 404 or 500 error.

This website is running 3.0 and is part of a subsite https://www.example.com/subsite. It is running on windows IIS with php.

Delete Permanently worked fine with 2.92 and when I upgraded to 3.0, this error started.

BTW, I did a clean install of WordPress 3.0 with default theme and no plugins except what comes with it and still got the error.
